| We initially got a Department of Science and Technology funding for about 1 lakh for enchanter. We did this entire company as a project and then we went for making this a company called Enchanter Corporation.
ENCHANTER CORPORATION is a campus company which makes online courses for engineering students to clear their engineering exams. We offer online course and supplement it with few hours of class room training. It has worked out great and we have lot of students joining our courses. We offer internship to students and they work for us in building the courses. We have about 30 interns for our company who are building courses. We build engineering subjects based courses, technical courses such as .Net training, phone application development, robotics and arduino courses. We work in our college on all saturdays from 9am to 12pm with our complete team and the rest of the work is sent to the interns through mail. We have the most committed crew with us which is creating milestones for us. We are planning to expand this system to several other colleges also. |

| Needs or challenges addressed: |
| Many students find their college curriculum not very much interested. There is also a very serious problem that in many colleges teachers are not able to communicate the subject content so efficiently to students that it has created a big drift not only between the student and the teacher but also between the student and the subject. Because of this he does not get interest in the subject and many of them miserably fail in their exams. Due to this he suffers from unemployment,humiliations at home, loosing self respect and a lot more which he is not able to find a solution to come out. Enchanter corporation is the first company which has been built with the goal of making students clear their exams and make their engineering curriculum a great game which they love to play and win. |
